Why were all the previous dates cancelled? What’s really going on…you guys seriously need to update your website more often, it keeps people interested for crying out loud, interview your fighters, get some video of them training, something.

Why isn’t the website updated more frequently….you just had Micah Miller on your card and there isn’t even a single photo, what gives? And the upcoming cards…most promotions atleast give you the main event and when you do post the cards there aren’t any pictures or video clips…you could be doing so much better, it’s starting to look like you don’t care. And then you have Tara Larosa and Tim Kennedy listed as your fighters but we don’t see them on a card, I am confused or it’s a money issue.

All American Jiu Jitsu.com was on hand for the June 14th event last night at the Crown Arena with 6 of 8 predictions correct. The night started with Justin Goff and a disappointing loss to Nick Vana via rear naked choke; then as predicted Clayton Morgan tapped to the tune of an arm bar giving Brandon Collins the victory. Dave Cavanaugh took Dustin Stanton the distance controlling the entire fight but just couldn’t seem to finish him off, non the less he took the decision and walked away the victor. The pro fights started with Jason Kwast puting on an MMA clinic with the beatdown of Alvin Decker who ended up being carried from the cage on a stretcher after tapping out due to a barrage of fists and elbows to the face. Next, Jacob Devree showed the crowd several versions of the double leg takedown and stayed on the offense to get the decision over Lee Stucks. Next the worst fight of night, Willie Smalls vs Eric Lambert. Willie Smalls had Tim Kennedy and Dale Wooden in his corner screaming at the top of their lungs, “ELBOWS, ELBOWS, ELBOWS”!!!! He had several chances to finish the fight but just laid there and stalled most of the time and the bout concluded in a yawning split draw. In the last three pro fights it appeared every fighter came prepared to throw down and give the fans what they had been waiting to see all night. First up a nervous Santino DeFranco pulls off the upset of the evening and with shear will and determination, finishes IFL vet Kevin English with a triangle choke…wow…we want to see the rematch. Next up Jason Palacios (undefeated in the IFL) took on Harris Norwood the current Shodokan World Champion, and let’s just say, if fighting were easy they’d call it “Karate”. After several painful leg kicks Norwood was taken to the ground and out grappled by the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu purple belt who ended the fight with elbows and fists a blaze’n, ergo tapout due to strikes. Palacios will be fighting for the first ever CQC Lightweight Championship on a future card. The main event of the evening featured Rhomez Brower and Kendrick Johnson in a :56 second demonstration of why you should not let Rhomez Brower take the top mount. All we can say is, man those were some SOLID punches….tapout due to strikes. We’ll be looking forward to the August event and hopefully CQC will have hired a new cage announcer, we love you Shawn O’Brien but Bruce Buffer you are not.

All American Jiu Jitsu.com looks forward to the June 14th card and has placed some serious friendly wagers that could result in shaven heads and wearing dresses to work. Our “winning” predictions for the fight card are as follows:
Goff wins via Rear Naked Choke
Collins defeats Morgan if he has any wrestling or jiu jitsu
Cavanaugh wins via TKO in round 2, we’re thinking kick to the head..mouth piece a fly’n
Kwast wins via submission in rd 2 wearing cammoflauge fight shorts
Devree TKO in rd 1
English by unanimous decision
Palacios (pronounced Pa-lay-shus) by ref stoppage in rd 3
Brower wins via TKO in rd 2 (ground and pound)
We’ll be crossing our fingers till the 14th, until then this is AAJJ saying, if fighting were easy they’d call it the World Combat League (ouch).
